Two ways to earn money!
- Aetna Health Your Way: Earn up to $100 per year by completing well-being activities. You can review your progress and redeem gift cards in the Reward Center.
- Rewards through Human Resources:
- In addition to Aetna’s Health Your Way, the Bozzuto’s Total Rewards Team will reward health actions via gift cards monthly.

How it works:
- Total Rewards team will receive a report of associates who have completed wellness activities
- Every month, the Total Rewards team will calculate the dollar amount earned and send a notification to the associates (via email, phone, and/or HR Business Partner)
- Associates can pick up their git card at Human Resources. Gift cards that are not redeemed by 12/31/2026 will be forfeited.
