Two ways to earn money!
- Aetna Health Your Way: Earn up to $100 per year by completing well-being activities. You can review your progress and redeem gift cards in the Reward Center.
- Rewards through Nectar:
- In addition to Aetna’s Health Your Way, the Bozzuto’s Team will reward healthy actions via Nectar points every month.

How it works:
- The Benefits Team will calculate the amount earned for each activity for every associate on the reward list each month and allocate rewards through the Nectar platform.
- Nectar is our recognition platform, giving every employee a place to celebrate great work, milestones, and wellness incentives. Whether it’s a shoutout from a teammate, a birthday, or a service anniversary, Nectar makes recognition visible and easy. Gift cards can be redeemed through December 31, 2027.
